Architectural Design & Drafting
Residential Design Solutions, Inc. has been providing design services in the Central Virginia and Hampton Roads area for the past thirteen years. Services include design of all types of new residential and or light commercial construction; additions to full scale remodels and plan review and drafting for permit submittals.
3D Rendering
At Residential Design Solutions we use a object generated CAD program called Softplan. Softplan can create 3D renderings of the structure and provide us with a complete realistic view of the future home or structure.
Site Design
Locating the home or structure on the property can be a difficult task at times. We can provide assistance with finding the prime location for the best curb appeal or view. Topography is another issue that we can evaluate and give guidance for the best possible location.
Mechanical & Plumbing Utilities
Every home or structure requires utilities like HVAC and plumbing. We can assist with making sure there is sufficient access for these utilities and create the layouts for contractors if needed.
